Southside 7-Eleven is a retail-led service station which features a 7-Eleven Convenience Store located within Gympie’s key growth area of Southside

Located on a brownfield redevelopment site, Southside 7-Eleven comprises a 218sqm 7-Eleven Convenience Store and 3 fuel pumps within the forecourt area. The development includes upgrades and signalisation of an intersection on Exhibition Road, providing direct access from the development to the state-controlled road. The project was delivered by Hutchinson Builders.

Development Directive was engaged to oversee the delivery of Southside 7-Eleven in the role of Development Manager and Project Superintendent
