Project Description
This residential project represented the delivery of a new, 2 storey dwelling within a key infill development precinct of Brisbane. Development Directive assisted our client in navigating the complex approval process of undertaking a boundary realignment, creation of an access easement, partial demolition of a dwelling within the Traditional Building Character Overlay and building a new house which is sensitive to traditional character design
Development Directive worked alongside AG Architects to prepare a dwelling design which responded to the contemporary requests of the client but could also satisfy the Traditional character requirements and integrate with other dwellings in the street
The impact assessable development application was approved in 4 months and achieved performance solutions regarding setbacks, building height and design.
