Project Description
Barcoo Drive Commercial Centre comprises of 2,480m2 of gross floor area on a key site within the business precinct of Plainland.
On behalf of the Client, The Development Directive prepared, lodged and managed a development application for a Material Change of Use for a mixed use commercial centre and the Reconfiguration of a lot for a Community Title Subdivision, in accordance with an existing preliminary approval.
The commercial centre consists of three (3) new buildings on the site and involves four complementary uses on the site, including Medical/ Paramedical Centre, Shop, Refreshment Service and Commercial Premises (office).
The Development Directive provided in-depth advice on the preliminary approval requirements and planning scheme parameters for development on the site, which assisted in a streamlined assessment process.
