Project Description

Development Directive are responsible for the development approval and delivery of two logistics warehouses with a combined GFA of over 31,000sqm. The site is Lot 2400 and forms part of the Metroplex Westgate Estate in Wacol.

The Development Directive were commissioned by ISPT Pty Ltd to facilitate the construction of two new industrial warehouses in Metroplex’s Westgate Estate. Our Town Planning discipline obtained amended development approvals from both Local and State Government entities to ensure a streamlined construction process. 

Development Directive’s Project Management team were also engaged to oversee the construction tender management and were responsible for the superintendent duties for the project duration. The site forms part of the Metroplex Westgate Estate in Wacol which the Development Directive have been providing town planning and development guidance over for a number of years.
