Burdell 7-Eleven is a retail-led service station development location in Townsville which features a Hungry Jacks drive through restaurant.

Development Directive was engaged to oversee the delivery of the first 7-Eleven development in North Queensland at Burdell, within the North Shore Masterplan Area. Development Directive were commissioned by Spring Projects to provide Development Manager and Project Superintendent services for the project. 

The development includes a fuel forecourt with 4 fuel pumps, 7-Eleven convenience store and Hungry Jacks restaurant with a drive through facility. The site is ideally located on the corner of two major roads and benefits from exposure to over 30,000 vehicles per day.
