Project Description

Ellison Estate is a significant infill redevelopment of 9.1ha of industrial land located within the Brisbane Northern Major Industrial Area at Geebung.

Development Directive were instrumental in obtaining the town planning approval for five new warehouses with a combined GFA of more than 53,000 sqm for our client Aliro Group. The development comprises a state-of-the-art distribution facility with a range of flexibly tenancy sizes to accommodate various logistics, e-commerce and specialty trade end users. 

The code assessable development application was approved in less than 6 months of lodgement through a coordinated engagement with State and Local governments, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of the development.
