Project Description

Development Directive assisted our client with gaining development approval for extensions to an existing dwelling house. Working closely with Nicholas Harvey Architect, we were able to achieve a design which was sensitive to the traditional character of the surrounding area.

Reduced setbacks were achieved for the southern side boundary, allowing the dwelling to be partially located outside of the designated building envelope for the site.

The code assessable development application was approved in approximately 2 months from the date of lodgement, highlighting a high level of communication between Council, Development Directive, and the client.
