Project Description

Jennifer Street Warehouses are a boutique warehouse unit development in Seventeen Mile Rocks which is perched on the cliffs above the River Rocks Park. The development benefits from views back to the city from the Warehouse offices and verandahs.

Designed by TaylorEllis, the development provides smaller warehouse tenancies with a high level of amenity for its users.

The Development Directive managed multiple challenges at the site including steep topography, protected vegetation and nearby sensitive land uses. The Development Directive successfully negotiated with Council to achieve a non-standard car parking and servicing arrangements to allow the client to maximise GFA.
