Project Description

Development Directive are responsible for the development approval and delivery of a 27,000sqm industrial warehouse.

The site forms part of the Metroplex Westgate Estate in Wacol which the Development Directive have been providing town planning and development guidance over for a number of years

Development Directive’s Town Planning team was engaged to obtain amended Development Approvals to facilitate and streamline the construction process. Following this, the Project Management team undertook a competitive tender process for the Client and provided recommendations and negotiations with successful Builder. Development Directive then provided Superintendent services to ensure the successful construction and delivery of the project for the Client. The project was completed ahead of schedule in Q4 2024
