Project Description
Development Directive were responsible for the development approval and deliver of a subdivision of industrial land into 19 lots and management of civil contracts to establish a new industrial business park, M6 Connect.
M6 Connect is named for its immediate access to the Logan Motorway, which is a gateway to South East Queensland’s key cities and regional hubs.
The civil works included the development of 10ha of land, including a new access ring road, parking, lush landscaping and services to each lot. Development Directive were responsible for the tender coordination, assessment and recommendation of a civil contractor capable of delivering the project to the client’s requirements and expectations. Managing the civil design and operational works application with the lead consultant RMA Engineers, allowed us to achieve an exceptional operational work and reconfiguration of lot outcome. Development Directive managed the plan sealing process with AJS Surveys Logan City Council to ensure the registration of the new lots and easements were delivered within a timely manner.
