Project Description

Following on from the successful masterplan approval for the M6 Connect Industrial Estate, Development Directive were responsible for obtaining the development approvals to facilitate the construction of Warehouses on Lots 16 - 19 within the estate. Each lot contains a standalone Warehouse accessible by an internal private road.

Development Directive are RiskSmart accredited consultants with Logan City Council and were able to obtain fast tracked development approvals for the site.

Development Directive were also responsible for managing the operational works approvals for the site, obtaining a single staged operational works approval across all four lots through a negotiated outcome with Council. This flexible approval strategy allowed each site to develop independently as required by the land owner and subject to tenant requirements.
