Project Description

Development Directive were responsible for overseeing the Design and Construction of a 2,000m2 Standalone tilt panel warehouse with 225m2 suspended office on a 4,285m2 vacant block of land, including the tender coordination, assessment and recommendation of a design and construct contractor capable of delivering the project to the client’s requirements and expectations. Following appointment of the contractor, Development Directive were responsible for managing the design and Construction works with Niclin Constructions to ensure the project met the project budget and completion in time for the future tenant fit-out.
