Project Description

Middle Street Apartments is a premium multiple-dwelling development located in Cleveland, Redland City. The development will provide 44 units with views to Moreton Bay. The development is also within walking distance of the emerging Toondah Harbour Priority Development Area.

Development Directive worked closely with the client, Council, and MODE architects to prepare a building design which was consistent with the existing character of the area, the higher-order provisions of the planning scheme, and the commercial requirements of the client. Development Directive assisted in the co-ordination of consultant inputs for the development application whilst managing the application and information request responses throughout the development assessment process.
