Project Description

Construction of a 29 storey high-rise residential tower comprising 256 apartments and 800sqm of retail space within the Bowen Hills Priority Development Area. 

Panorama Apartments is a residential tower in the Bowen Hills PDA, Brisbane. It consists of 256 apartments over 29 levels, including ground floor retail.

Development Directive was engaged midway through the construction of Panorama Apartments to complete the project. The project was completed within the developer’s budget and the contractual timeframe through collaboration with the builder and developer. 

Panorama Apartments also included accessible apartments made possible through Summer Housing which was introduced as a To provide SDA-compliant and non-discriminatory housing options for persons with a disability in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Development Directive coordinated the additional works with Summer Housing and the Builder to ensure the project met the proposed time frames. 

The project also underwent retrospective interior design changes to the higher-level apartments during construction to up-spec the design and meet the current market requirements, Development Directive arranged the cost management and design coordination of these changes.
