Project Description
Development Directive have been engaged to oversee completion and delivery of project feasibility analysis, design, town planning approvals, resumption negotiations, tendering and construction of a development over a 6.25 hectare site which will deliver:
• Neighbourhood Shopping Centre with 8,000sqm GFA;
• 1.4 hectares of green space parkland;
• Internal roads and signalised intersection;
• Two future development lots (1ha & 0.3 ha lots).
Development Directive were approached by the Wong family who have owned the 6.25 hectare site for over 50 years. Having previously been successfully farmed for a number of years, the site is also well known in the local community for the affectionately remembered ‘round shop’ which was located on the corner of Panorama Drive and Boundary Road for many years. The site has been redeveloped as a Coles-anchored Neighbourhood Shopping Centre, with future stages comprising a residential community amongst privately owned greenspace.
