Project Description
Development Directive identified the site on behalf of Garda Property Group and performed planning due diligence on the site prior to purchase. Development Directive assisted in the design concept of the development, led the preparation and management of preliminary approval and development permit applications and the successful negotiation of conditions with Brisbane City Council.
Development Directive have Project Managed the delivery of the civil works and built form, which included three warehouses at the site, one being a dangerous goods facility tenanted by YHI.
