Project Description

Riverway Plaza is a neighbourhood retail centre comprising a full-line Woolworths, 2,000sqm of specialty, KFC & Subway drive-throughs, refurbishment of a Chevron service station and a new signalised intersection on a State-controlled road. 

Development Directive was engaged to oversee the redevelopment of the Riverway Plaza Shopping Centre in the role of Development Manager.

Development Directive were responsible for the delivery of the new centre including the coordination and fit out of each of the tenancies. 

Riverway Plaza featured as a finalist for the Property Council QLD Retail Property Awards, for Excellence in Retail Development.
