Project Description

Construction of a 40-storey high-rise residential tower in the Brisbane CDB, comprising 340 apartments and 400sqm of retail space. 

Spire is a residential tower in the Brisbane CBD located at the nexus of Queen and Ann Streets, consisting of 340 apartments over 40 levels including ground floor retail. The project included a grand hotel style foyer and rooftop amenity including a private dining room and infinity edge pool. 

Development Directive were engaged to oversee the delivery of the project including the fitout of the Spice Den restaurant.
