Project Description

Development Directive were engaged as Toll Logistics’ tenant representative for the construction of its two newest Queensland assets. In this role, Development Directive have overseen the delivery of their new distribution centres at Arundel and Chevallum totalling over 16,000m2 under roof. Both projects have been successfully delivered in accordance with TOLL’s stringent specification. In addition to these delivery roles, Development Directive have overseen the refurbishment and make good to TOLL’s other assets throughout Queensland.
