Project Description
Development Directive are engaged to oversee the design and construction of a Large Format Retail Building to suit the anchor tenant Total Tools and additional T2 tenant (RSEA) at Lot 1180- 1182 Carnegie St, Aura, in the State of Queensland.
Development Directive’s objective is to deliver a new industrial building and surrounding development that meets the Tenant’s Design Brief and achieve a premium quality design and of construction.
Concurrently with the Development Approval Process, Development Directive has run a competitive tender, subsequently engaging Sunshine Coast builders, Karloo Construction, for the delivery of the project. Development Directive also investigated options for value management and efficiency on the project throughout this tender process.
