Project Description

Development Management of a landmark 28 storey mixed-use building adjacent to the Woolloongabba Precinct

Trilogy is a multi-residential project comprised of 2 x 20 storey and 1 x 28 storeys towers across from the Gabba Stadium in Brisbane. It consists of 525 apartments, 2,488sqm of retail, and extensive amenity for residents and the public. A key feature of the development was the “Sky-Pool” on level 20 which linked between 2 of the towers and included glass cutouts in the pool floor.

Trilogy included a state of the art sales display suite, which included mock-ups of the kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms of the finished apartments. Development Directive oversaw the design and construction of the sales display to ensure the builder met the proposed time frames.

Development Directive was engaged to oversee the design development and development approval of the project as Development Manager. The project is currently on hold pending a resolution with the tunnel authority for the tunnel that runs underneath the site.
