Project Description

Development Directive was appointed as town planner for achieving town planning approvals for the YHI HQ, which is the Queensland facility for the storage and distribution of YHI Power & YHI Tyres. 

Development Directive was also appointed as Development and Project Manager to deliver the building on behalf of Garda Property Group. This involved close co-ordination with YHI tenant brief, hazard and safety consultants and service consultants to ensure fire safety and racking requirements were achieved.
